By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Billing: Services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and cryptocurrency payments via Plisio.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.
Late Payment: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method for up to 7 days. If payment is not received, the Service may be suspended. Data is retained for 14 days after suspension before deletion.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXODOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Pixodock in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
While we provide backup tools and services, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining copies of your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failures, security breaches, account termination, or any other cause.
By You: You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of severe violations.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. Data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days of termination unless otherwise required by law.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Pixodock and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content hosted through the Service.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
